Our Goal is to Promote 3D flying and Indoor Radio Control Flying. Here in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, we do all of our flying at Gold Coast Roller Rink. goto http://www.goldcoastrollerrink.com for more details. They are open to the public every Thursday Night from 9 till 12 midnight.
They have a GREAT snack bar and AWESOME Sound system for you. The floor is all wood so they ask you to have spinners or prop savers on planes and tape on the skids of helicopters with metal gear. The rules are simple:
No flying over the snack bar area or other pilots and HAVE FUN...Right now AMA is NOT required as you do sign a waiver as you enter the venue. The charge is 10 bucks per person per night. (they do have to pay for lights and a couple of employees) Guests are welcome to watch but if they want to fly they must sign up.
